Online Lactation Consultant

An online lactation consultant is the same as an in-person lactation consultant and typically has in-person experience. They have the skills to conduct lactation consultations via telehealth and deliver high-quality care and results. Telehealth lactation requires the ability to instruct without touching or guiding the mom and baby, and they are designed to help empower the parent. An online lactation consultant can do almost everything they would do in person, with the exception of weighing the infant. Many mothers find it accessible, convenient, and helpful to do consults through telehealth.
